Financial Services Partners announced its annual Adviser Awards at a black tie dinner on Friday September 11.

The awards were presented as a part of the dealer group’s annual iachieve conference.

The winners of the Financial Services Partners Adviser Awards are outlined below.

Adviser of the Year, Aubrey Kleiman and Raoul Shemer of Kleiman Shemer Insurance, VIC

Firm of the Year, FSP Northern Beaches, Jason Woolford and Stephen Buhlman, NSW

Adviser of the Year - Wealth Management, Susan Du Chesne - Equilibrium Wealth, NSW

Striving for Professional Standards Excellence, Steve Newman - Acclaimed Financial Services, NSW.

In announcing the Financial Services Partners Adviser of the Year, Geoff Rimmer, CEO of Financial Services Partners said it was impossible for the judging panel to split the two advisers, so we recognised the achievements of both Aubrey Kleiman and Raoul Shemer.

"Both have been integral to each others' success and it would not be fair on the other party if we were to single out only one of them. One of the most outstanding characteristics is their treatment of clients, especially at claim time. Aubrey and Raoul pride themselves on going above and beyond for their clients when they need them most. Like many risk specialists they will sit with the client or beneficiaries and ensure a good outcome where they can. They visit clients in hospital, they send flowers to family members, they assist in the claim forms for the clients and process it on their behalf. The gratitude they have received in return for their service has been exceptional." Mr Rimmer said.

In announcing Financial Services Partners Firm of the Year, Geoff Rimmer said “The team at FSP Northern Beaches has developed a value based client segmentation model that has given them a clear indication of their target market. They are working hard, in conjunction with the dealer group, to ensure that they deliver their clients great service at all levels. FSP Northern Beaches, headed by Jason Woolford and Stephen Buhlman have also recently added an additional Authorised Representative in Mark Femia. Mark has been given the responsibility of implementing wealth protection into the business to provide a complete financial planning and advice service to their community. Jason and Stephen are very committed to all areas of their business."
